Transfer: Man City agree £46.3m deal for Reijnders as Sancho leaves Chelsea

Manchester City have agreed a £46.3 million (€55 million) deal with AC Milan for Tijjani Reijnders. He is set to sign a five-year deal.

Reijnders is a Netherlands international who had the most goals and assists of any midfielder in Serie A last season.

City wanted Florian Wirtz but pulled out due to the huge cost involved.

West Ham have opened talks to sign Aaron Ramsdale with Southampton reportedly eager to offload the goalkeeper’s wages.

Bruno Fernandes has confirmed he turned down Al Hilal’s huge offer to sign him from Manchester United.

Manchester United are expected to make an approach for Bryan Mbeumo, who is valued in excess of £60 million by Brentford.
