The FRSC official said the truck lost control due to excessive speeding and hit a woman standing beside the road, resulting to the death of the victim.
”The corpse of the victim had been deposited at Ifo General Hospital in Ogun State,” he added.
He enjoined drivers against restless driving and always conduct a routine check on their vehicles to ensure that the break system was functional before putting them on the road.
Uga, however, commiserated with the family of the deceased and prayed that God grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.
