Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has urged National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members to prioritise security, avoid bad company, and remain vigilant in the state.
Sani also urged the NYSC members deployed to Kaduna State to respect their host communities’ culture and tradition as they depart the orientation camp.
The governor made the call at the closing ceremony of the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream ‘1’ orientation course of the corps members in Kaduna on Tuesday, May 13.
Sani, who was represented by the Kaduna State Commissioner for Human Services and Social Development, Rabi Salisu, stated his commitment to the corps members’ welfare, comfort, and safety.

Also speaking at the event, the State Coordinator of NYSC, Efeke Dadaza, expressed pride in the corps members’ discipline and active participation during the orientation.
Dadaza urged them to build on the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) programme.
She also urged the NYSC members to accept their postings in good faith and always contribute positively to their host communities.
