A lecturer at the Department of Biochemistry in the Federal University of Technology (FUT) Minna in Niger State, Dr Adefolalu Funmilola Sherifat, has been found dead in her residence in the state capital.
It was gathered that the lecturer was found slaughtered in her residence in the Gbaiko Area of Minna on Sunday, October 29, 2023.
The chairman of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) in the university, Prof. Gbolahan Bolarin, who confirmed the incident, said the lecturer’s body was discovered on Sunday morning when her church members traced her home after she was not seen during service.
