Nigerian TikTok sensation Geh Geh has made headlines after his Thursday live session attracted more than 170,000 viewers and generated gifts valued at about $30,000.
The content creator, who brands his platform as the “University of Wisdom and Understanding,” refers to his audience as “students” and is known for his unconventional advice to men on relationships and money.
Celebrating the milestone, Geh Geh declared: “More than 177,000 people watched my lecture today. Jesus! University of Wisdom and Understanding, the only university where once you graduate, woman go fear to ask you for money.”
Often describing himself as the “first illiterate to found a university in Nigeria,” the TikToker reflected on his struggles and rise to fame.
“I no be graduate too, but by the grace of God, I don find school.
“I be orphan, but now Nigerians don show me love,” he said.
While his views on women and finances have sparked controversy, his story is being celebrated by many as a source of hope for underprivileged youths.
In another video, Geh Geh compared his growing influence to that of global thinkers, saying: “If Nigeria be country wey value great people, by now dem suppose dey compare people like me with Aristotle, Wole Soyinka, Einstein… but I thank God say people dey see my head and my own difference.”
