Zlatan, Davita set October 24 for wedding celebration

Nigerian singer Omoniyi Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan, and his partner, Davita Lamai, have fixed October 24, 2026, for their wedding celebration.

The couple announced the date in a video shared on Instagram on Thursday night, accompanied by the caption, “24 October 2026”.

The “Save the Date” video features a voiceover by one of their children, who describes the couple’s relationship as an example of love.

“When I think about love, I think about my mommy and daddy,” the child says in the clip.

The announcement comes months after reports that the couple held a private civil wedding ceremony.

In July, Zlatan and Davita reportedly informed friends and industry colleagues of their wedding plans while travelling to the wedding of businessman and music executive Soso Soberekon.

The couple have two sons. Their first child, Toluwalase Omoniyi, was born in 2020, while their second son, Benaiah Omoniyi, was born in 2024.
