The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso, has picked a Lagos-based pastor, Bishop Isaac Idahosa, as his running mate for the 2023 general election.
This was disclosed via a tweet on the party’s official Twitter handle on Thursday.
“Our VP Pastor Bishop Isaac Idahosa from Edo State,” the NNPP tweeted.
Bishop Idahosa, who hails from Edo State, is the Senior Pastor of God First Ministry, also known as Illumination Assembly.
The church has its headquarters at Lekki Light Centre (LLC), Ajah, Lagos State.
Kwankwaso emerged as the NNPP presidential candidate on June 8, 2022.
