2Baba, Natasha set wedding date

Legendary Nigerian singer, Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, is reportedly set to tie the knot with his new partner, Natasha Osawaru.

2Baba is set to marry Osawaru, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly, in a wedding ceremony scheduled to take place on Friday, April 25, 2025, in Benin, the capital of Edo State.

The traditional wedding between 2Baba and the lawmaker comes amid growing online buzz and controversy surrounding the singer’s separation from his longtime wife, Annie Macaulay.

While details surrounding their divorce remain unknown, the news of the veteran musician’s fresh romance with Natasha has stirred heated conversations across social media platforms.

Benue governor appoints 2Baba as adviser

According to a report by blogger Stella Dimoko Korkus, preparations for the traditional wedding between 2Baba and Natasha have been finalised.

The report also claimed that the singer has formally introduced Natasha to his hometown elders and Idoma traditional leaders, signalling a significant step in legitimising their union.
