Ademigbuji alleged that the defendants collected N10.27 million from the company’s cashier and failed to remit it into the company’s account.
According to him, the fraud was discovered when an external auditor was invited.
The prosecutor said the defendants could not account for the money.
He said the offences contravened Sections 287 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The Chief Magistrate, L. A. Owolabi, granted the defendants bail in the sum of N800,000 each with two sureties in like sum.
Owolabi adjourned the case until December 18, 2025, for mention.
