Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has been hospitalised after undergoing another surgery in a hospital.
It was learnt that doctors carried out the surgical procedure on Fayose’s back.
This is the second surgery the former governor would undergo in five months.
Although it could not be immediately ascertained the hospital the surgical procedure was carried out, the former governor’s media aide, Lere Olayinka, said the surgery was over the attack on Fayose during the 2018 Ekiti governorship election.
“Two major surgical operations within five months… One in February (Neck) and another one now (back).
“Results of the attack on him during the 2018 Ekiti governorship election.
“It can only be God. Soonest recovery Osokomole,” Olayinka wrote on his Facebook page on Tuesday.
