The Supreme Court has affirmed the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25, 2023, presidential election.
The Supreme Court, while delivering judgement on October 26, 2023, upheld the verdict of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) which declared Tinubu as the duly elected president.
