Popular Nigerian gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and husband Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa have welcomed their second child.
Chinwo announced this via a post on Instagram on Friday, August 15, 2025.
The gospel singer shared beautiful photos of her pregnancy alongside her husband.
Chinwo wrote: “The Lord has done it again! 🙌🏾
“He has added to our joy… multiplied our laughter… and blessed us with the precious gift of a second baby 🍼🍼
“We declare: His name will be lifted in our lineage forever. Generations from us will walk in His light.
“Through us, many will be blessed, and the nations will call us blessed. ✨

She also described her husband as an amazing father of two, stating: “Oh my love @theofficialblessed — an amazing father of TWO! ❤️❤️ The Lord has indeed been good to us 💃💃”
Chinwo equally announced the release of a new song on Friday, August 15.
She added: “Onyeoma Audio out on all platforms.
“Official video premieres TODAY at 12 noon on YouTube — don’t miss it!”
Chinwo and Uzochikwa tied the knot in a wedding ceremony in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State, on August 13, 2022, and were blessed with a son on October 4, 2023.”
