The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has announced that 22 vessels are currently discharging petroleum products and various food items at the Apapa, Tincan, and Lekki ports in Lagos.

In its latest publication, Shipping Position, released on Wednesday, the NPA said the vessels are offloading consignments that include frozen fish, petrol, general cargo, containers, bulk sugar, buckwheat, ethanol, bulk urea, gasoline, bulk gas, and bulk wheat.

According to the report, six additional ships have arrived and are waiting to berth with consignments of bulk wheat and other cargo.

The Authority also disclosed that 17 more vessels are expected to arrive between October 29 and 31, carrying petroleum products, food items, and general goods such as buckwheat, base oil, frozen fish, containers, and bulk sugar.

The NPA said all the expected ships will berth at the Lagos Port Complex.
