Bandits have killed the Vice Principal, Hassan Makuku, and kidnapped 25 students at the Government Girls Comprehensive Senior Secondary School (GGCSS) in the Maga area of Kebbi State.
It was gathered that the bandits attacked the school located in the Danko/Wasagu Local Government Area of Kebbi State on Sunday night.
It was learnt that the gunmen killed Makuku before abducting several schoolgirls.

Sources disclosed that the Vice Principal was shot while attempting to protect the students during the invasion.
The Kebbi State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Nafiu Abubakar, confirmed the incident on Monday, saying 25 students were abducted.
The governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ahmed Idris, also disclosed that the deputy governor, Umar Tafida, had been dispatched to the school to assess the situation on behalf of Governor Nasir Idris, who is currently out of Kebbi State.
