Popular American singer, Chris Brown, has been hit with a $20 million lawsuit for allegedly drugging and raping a woman on a yacht parked at Diddy’s Star Island home in Florida, United States.

According to TMZ, the Loyal crooner is being sued by Jane Doe, who is a professional choreographer, dancer, model and musical artist.

Doe, who stated that the incident occurred on December 30, 2020, at Diddy’s Star Island home in Miami, alleged that the American singer handed her a drink and subsequently began to feel “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”

According to the suit, the woman, who noted that Chris Brown went from being friendly to raping her in a matter of minutes, claimed she also felt “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep”, adding that the American singer led her into a bedroom while she was drugged and half-asleep.

Doe further claimed that Chris Brown closed the bedroom door, barring her attempt to leave, removed her bikini bottoms and started kissing her.

She added that the singer ejaculated inside her and asked her to take Plan B (an after sex pill) the next day which she did.

Doe, therefore, stated that she is suing Chris Brown for $20 million in damages, noting that the alleged rape has been causing her severe emotional distress.

Meanwhile, the woman’s attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, revealed that their client did not report the alleged rape to cops at the time because she was a medical student and was embarrassed.

Mitchell and Vrabeck, however, stated that they’re “committed to victims being heard and would urge anyone with information to contact them.”
