Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has addressed circulating reports claiming she was arrested by the Nigerian Police over allegations of cyberbullying fellow actress Mercy Johnson-Okojie.

The controversy erupted after a video went viral showing Angela being escorted by police officers, sparking speculation that she had been apprehended following her persistent online attacks against Mercy Johnson. Rumors also claimed that Mercy had filed a formal petition against her.

However, in a recent Instagram Live session, Angela Okorie dismissed the arrest claims, clarifying that she was only invited by the police and willingly honored the invitation.
