APC sells national chairmanship form for N20m, deputy for N10m

The Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has pegged the national chairmanship forms of the party at N20 million.

This is just as the aspirants vying for the deputy national chairmanship would pay N10 million to obtain forms.

This was revealed in a circular released by the APC caretaker committee after its 25th regular meeting which was held on March 14, 2022, a copy of which was made available to The Star on Tuesday.

APC noted that the sale of forms will commence on Monday, March 14, and end on Friday, March 18, 2022.

The ruling party stated that the forms for zonal chairmen (national vice chairmen) and other positions will sell for N5 million.

The APC CECPC added that female aspirants and physically challenged persons will pay 50 percent of the prescribed fees for each position.

The national convention of the ruling party has been scheduled to hold on Saturday, March 26, 2022.
