Armed robbers attack Ayefele’s radio station in Ibadan

Armed robbers have attacked Fresh FM, a radio station belonging to veteran Nigerian singer, Yinka Ayefele, in Ibadan, Oyo State.

It was gathered that the radio station was attacked by the armed robbers in the early hours of Sunday.

A staff of Fresh FM, Abolade Salami, during his program, ‘Agbo Oselu’, said the assailants invaded the station at about 6 am with firearms and carted away valuables belonging to the members of the staff on duty.

Another staff of the radio station, who craved anonymity, also confirmed the attack, saying: “Yes it happened. There is no fatality.”
