Breaking: Supreme Court declares Adeleke validly elected Osun gov

The Supreme Court has declared Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, as the validly elected governor of the state.

A five-member panel of the Supreme Court, while delivering judgement on Tuesday, May 9, held that the Court of Appeal correctly reinstated Adeleke as the governor of Osun State.

The panel led by Justice John Okoro while delivering the judgement prepared by Justice Emmanuel Agim dismissed the appeal filed by former Governor Gboyega Oyetola for lacking in merit.
