The Supreme Court has declared Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, as the validly elected governor of the state.
A five-member panel of the Supreme Court, while delivering judgement on Tuesday, May 9, held that the Court of Appeal correctly reinstated Adeleke as the governor of Osun State.
