Davido reflects on friendship after seeing Carter Efe, Kolu’s bond

Nigerian music superstar Davido has shared an emotional reflection on friendship, inspired by the growing bond between entertainers Carter Efe and Kolu.

The singer revealed that their connection reminded him of his long-standing friendship with his close associate, Israel.

Davido opened up during a livestream on Twitch with Carter Efe, where he praised the duo’s relationship as genuine and uplifting.

He acknowledged that while people often joke about his friendship with Israel, their bond is deeply rooted in trust, loyalty, and emotional support.

Davido described Israel as one of the few people he can truly confide in, emphasizing the rarity and significance of such friendships.

The singer also commended Carter Efe and Kolu for the positive energy they bring to the public, noting that their friendship goes beyond entertainment.

According to Davido, their connection has become a source of joy and encouragement for many, even for those who may not realize they are being inspired.

He shared: “I’ve been seeing the journey between you and Kolu and it’s beautiful to see your relationship.

It’s just like how people always laugh at me and Israel, but at the end of the day, that’s one of my best friends — someone I can cry to.

“You guys don’t know the amount of joy you’re putting into people’s lives, people who are going through things…”
