Egungun of Lagos gifts staff plots of land for Christmas

Popular content creator, Egungun of Lagos, has warmed hearts this Christmas by surprising his three staff members with full plots of land as end-of-year appreciation gifts.

In videos shared on his Instagram page, Egungun was seen inviting each staff member forward and presenting them with documents confirming ownership of their new properties.

Those who received the gifts — his videographer, personal assistant, and professional maid — were visibly emotional and thankful as the presentations took place.

With property values continually rising across Lagos, many online users noted that the gesture went beyond seasonal gifts, offering the beneficiaries long-term financial security.

Reactions on social media have been largely positive. Fans praised Egungun as a thoughtful employer, while others described the move as an inspiring example of how success can be shared.

Some jokingly said they were ready to submit job applications, while others encouraged more influencers and employers to consider meaningful ways of appreciating their workers beyond the usual bonuses and hampers.

In a festive season filled with giving, Egungun’s gesture has stood out as a powerful reminder that genuine gratitude can make a lasting difference.
