El-Rufai appoints 28-year-old as head of Kaduna investment agency

Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State has appointed 28-year-old first class graduate, Khalil Nur Khalil, as the Executive Secretary of Kaduna Investment Promotion Agency (KADIPA).

Khalil’s appointment was contained in a statement issued on Monday and signed by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Muyiwa Adekeye.

Before his new appointment, Khalil was Director, Investment Intelligence at KADIPA, having worked with the agency since 2018.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Khalil is a first class graduate from the Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
