FBI agents, in a raid on Wednesday morning, fatally shot a man in Utah who was under investigation for threats against U.S. President Joe Biden.
The man was not identified further.
FBI agents attempted to enter a home in Provo, according to Salt Lake City NBC television affiliate KSL.

The investigation was said to have begun in April, and the Secret Service was alerted in June.

Investigators determined the man’s threats of physical harm were credible.
An FBI spokesperson said: “The incident began when special agents attempted to serve arrest and search warrants at a residence.
“The subject is deceased. The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents or task force members seriously.”
