The Balmoral Convention Centre, Ikeja, came alive on Sunday, December 7, 2025, as Mainland Laffs 3.0—sponsored by FirstBank Nigeria Limited—delivered a night of top-tier comedy, music and dance to Lagos residents.
The event, part of FirstBank’s “DecemberIssaVybe” festive lineup, drew a huge crowd of celebrities and fans.
Comedy legend Ali Baba headlined the show, joined by Kenny Blaq, Phronesis, MC Bishop, Dr. Smile, MC Trick, Abadei, and 16 Onirun. MC Husband Material kept the audience engaged as host.
The entertainment extended beyond comedy, with performances from gospel rapper Protech, CJ the Violinist, Mauren’s Art, and artistes including Oba Richie, Angelo, Switch and Ozzy.
The highlight of the night was a powerful performance by music icon 2Baba, who thrilled fans with timeless hits and electrifying stage charisma.
A vendor village, vibrant décor and professional stage setup added to the festive atmosphere.
FirstBank said its support for the event aligned with its commitment to celebrating community talent and enriching the holiday season.
“It was the ultimate ‘DecemberIssaVybe’ experience,” the bank noted, thanking performers, organisers and Lagos residents for making the celebration memorable.
Mainland Laffs 3.0 closed on a high note, reaffirming its place as one of the Mainland’s most anticipated year-end entertainment events.
