Gbajabiamila, Ganduje, Ribadu, PDP chair present as S’Court hears appeals against Tinubu

The Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, and the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, have arrived at the Supreme Court as the apex court hears the appeals challenging the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election.

Others in court on Monday, October 23, 2023, were the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu; and the acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Umar Damagum; among others.


The Supreme Court is expected to hear the appeals of the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar; Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP); and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM).
