Governor Eno orders 13th-month salary payment to Akwa Ibom workers

Akwa Ibom State Governor Umo Eno has ordered the payment of the 13th-month salary to workers in the state.

The governor, while wishing the people of Akwa Ibom State a happy new month, disclosed this via a post on X on Monday, December 1, 2025.

Eno stated that he has directed the Accountant General of Akwa Ibom State to ensure the payment before Christmas.

“I have directed the Accountant General to pay the 13th-month Eno-mber salary before Christmas, so our workers can celebrate with ease. Happy New Month,” he wrote.

The development is expected to elicit commendations from workers across the state.
