‘I can’t stand it anymore’: Regina Daniels accuses Senator Nwoko of domestic violence

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has accused her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, of assault and domestic abuse.

Regina made this known via a viral video on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

She alleged that the violence in her husband’s home had become unbearable, saying Nwoko, the senator representing Delta North senatorial district, sent thugs to attack her.

“Ned sent thugs. In Ned Nwoko’s house, I’m nothing, but in my house, I’m a queen. I can’t stand the violence anymore; it’s too much,” the mother of two was heard saying in the video.

The video also showed people trying to calm her down as she sat on the floor with water being poured over her head.

Regina’s brother, Sammy West, also took to Instagram to express outrage over the alleged assault.

He accused Nwoko of personally beating his sister and smashing her head against a wall before sending thugs after her.

He wrote: “Makachi! It pains me that you all want to laugh at my sister. Let me be clear — anywhere a man beats a woman, whether she’s my sister or not, I’ll fight with my blood.

“Senator Ned Nwoko, you’re lucky you ran after beating my sister again and smashing her head on the wall. I swear, I would’ve broken your jaw.”

The incident has since generated reactions across social media.

Senator Nwoko has yet to react to the allegations as of press time.
