My husband trusts me enough to handle kissing scenes — Scarlet Gomez

Actress Scarlet Gomez says her husband has no issue with her on-screen kissing roles, crediting the strength of their marriage to mutual trust and a secure sense of identity.

She made the comments during a recent appearance on the talk show *Curiosity Made Me Ask*, where the conversation turned to how actors and their partners navigate intimate scenes.

The exchange was sparked by a remark from media personality Isbaeu, who quipped about the disconnect between on-screen and off-screen reality.

“I don’t know how you people do it — you’ll kiss somebody and go home and say it is Joshua you kissed. It’s not Joshua you kissed, it was Yomi Fash-Lanso you kissed,” he said.

Gomez responded without hesitation, drawing a clear line between professional performance and personal insecurity.

“I’m married to a man, not a boy. He doesn’t have a small ego, and he trusts his wife. Moving on,” she said.
