I spent N340m on marijuana — Ice Prince

Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has revealed that he spent about N340 million on marijuana over several years before deciding to quit smoking.

Speaking on a recent episode of the Black Box podcast, the ‘Aboki’ crooner said the amount was spent between 2020 and 2026 on purchases from a single dealer based in Lagos.

He added that the figure does not include additional spending on other suppliers in Abuja, Jos, Ghana, and London.

“From 2020 to 2026, I spent N340 million on weed from just one dealer alone, not to mention others across different locations,” he said.

Ice Prince explained that he has since quit both smoking and alcohol as part of a broader lifestyle change focused on weight loss and personal growth.

He also disclosed during the interview that he has remained celibate for a period, describing the decision as part of his self-discipline and self-discovery journey.
