This was contained in a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, on Saturday, September 30.
He said the broadcast was part of the activities to mark the 63rd independence anniversary of the nation.

Ngelale stated that the broadcast has been slated for 7 a.m.
The presidential spokesman urged all television, radio, and other electronic media networks to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.
