inDrive clinches EDGE Mobility Company of the Decade award

inDrive, a global mobility and delivery services platform, has been named the EDGE Outstanding Mobility Company of the Decade at the 2026 EDGE Awards.

The award was presented on Friday, September 25, 2026, in Lagos, in recognition of the company’s contribution to Nigeria’s mobility and ride-hailing sector.

The organisers recognised inDrive’s focus on people-centred transportation, fair pricing and expanding access to affordable and convenient mobility services.

Receiving the award, inDrive Nigeria Country Manager, Timothy Oladimeji, said the recognition reflected the company’s commitment to building its platform around the needs of passengers and driver-partners.

He said inDrive’s growth in Nigeria had been driven by its efforts to provide accessible mobility options while creating value for both drivers and passengers.

The recognition comes as Nigeria’s ride-hailing and urban mobility sector continues to evolve, with operators competing to provide accessible and reliable transportation services to passengers while creating income opportunities for drivers.
