The member representing Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency of Kano State in the House of Representatives, Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa, has again met with President Bola Tinubu behind closed doors at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The meeting, held on Sunday night, lasted for about two hours—from 9 p.m. to at about 11 p.m.—and marked Jibrin’s second visit to the President in less than two weeks.
While the lawmaker declined to disclose the agenda, sources suggest the discussion may have centred on the relationship between former Kano State governor, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and President Tinubu, as well as growing anti-APC sentiments in parts of the North.
When approached by State House correspondents, Jibrin offered no further details.
His earlier visit, ten days prior, had been described as a discussion on “issues of national development.”
