Kehinde Adegbodu, the surviving member of the gospel duo known as the Adegbodu Twins, has spoken about the last moments he shared with his twin brother, Taiwo Adegbodu, before his death.
Taiwo’s passing was announced earlier this month, though details about the cause were not immediately made public.
Speaking in a viral video, Kehinde said his brother appeared healthy and energetic just hours before he suddenly developed chest pain.
He disclosed that the day had unfolded normally for both of them and ended with their usual nightly routine of prayers.
Kehinde said they observed their regular 9 p.m. prayer session on Saturday before going to their separate rooms for the night.

Kehinde said he went to Taiwo’s room at about 10 p.m. to remind him about their church service scheduled for Sunday morning.
The singer revealed that he found his brother using his phone and told him about the service time, after which Taiwo said he would soon go to bed.
He said shortly before 11 p.m., Taiwo knocked on his door complaining of a severe pain in his chest.
Concerned about his condition, Kehinde said he insisted they go to a nearby hospital located just a few minutes from their home.
He said they left together for the hospital, believing it would be a routine visit, but the situation took a tragic turn.
