The Ekiti State Police Command has declared a 30-year-old man, Joseph Anifowose, missing in the state.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Ekiti State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Sunday Abutu, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
Abutu stated that Anifowose, a resident or Lane 6, Wonder City College Ado-Ekiti, left home at about 8 p.m. on November 6 to an unknown football viewing centre and didn’t return.

He noted that the man is dark in complexion, six feet tall, speaks Yoruba and English languages fluently, and has no tribal marks.
The police spokesman added that the Command has commenced an investigation to unravel his whereabouts.
Abutu, however, urged anyone with useful information concerning Anifowose’s current location to kindly contact the nearest police station.
