The operatives of the Borno State Police Command have arrested one Ibrahim Muhammed in connection with a hacked body buried in a shallow grave in the Jiddari-Polo area of Maiduguri, the state capital.
The command’s spokesman, ASP Nahun Daso, disclosed this in a statement issued on Thursday, March 4, 2024.
Daso noted that the suspect was arrested on March 25.
He said the decomposing body was exhumed from the shallow grave on March 11, following a report by one Umar Muhammed that he found a grave, digger, and two knives in his uncompleted building.
