Less than four months after declaring his intention to run for the presidency again in 2023, former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and ex-presidential candidate, Kingsley Moghalu, has joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Moghalu, who disclosed this on Friday via his Instagram handle, shared an e- flier as proof of his membership in the ADC, with the caption, “Its official!”
Content on the flier read: “I believe we can re-engineer Nigeria’s economy through… the well-known dynamism and innovative spirit of Nigerian youth. I ask all my political supporters, to join the ADC.”
Moghalu was also present in a conference held by the ADC on Friday, which was streamed live on the party’s Facebook page.
Moghalu was the presidential flag bearer of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) in the 2019 general election.
