MoneyMaster PSB unveils software to enhance customer experience

MoneyMaster Payment Service Bank (MMPSB) has unveiled a cutting-edge agency banking software to enhance the banking experience of its customers and agents.

MMPSB announced this in a statement on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

It noted that the innovative platform empowers agents to offer a wide range of financial services, promoting financial inclusion and convenience.

The new software, according to MMPSB, was introduced “to provide a seamless banking experience to customers using our POS terminals across the country.”

MMPSB added: “Customers can now enjoy a wide range of banking transactions from a single point while improving revenue streams for agents.

“Key Features of the Agency Banking Software include seamless bill payments, Instant reversal of failed transactions, lottery and betting payments, customer balance inquiries, card linkage to POS terminals and transaction history access.

“By integrating this software with its core banking platform, MoneyMaster PSB is enhancing the overall banking experience, fostering efficiency and convenience for agents, customers, and stakeholders.

“With this deployment, MoneyMaster PSB reaffirms its commitment to financial inclusion, innovation, and customer satisfaction, solidifying its position as a leader in Nigeria’s payment service banking sector.”
