Music producer, Samklef, joins 2023 presidential race

Popular Nigerian music producer, Samuel Oguachuba, well known as Samklef, has announced his intention to contest the 2023 presidential election.

Samklef made this known via a series of tweets on his verified Twitter handle on Monday.

The music producer, who shared his presidential campaign poster, disclosed that he would vie for the number one seat on the platform of the United Nigeria People Movement (UNPM).

He wrote: “Some Nigerian youths want me to declare for president. They said they want a courageous youths like me. I will declare on Wednesday. U cannot be living like a slave in your fathers house. Time to kick out the Holigans entitled, power mongers politicians. Join me now!

“Time to take back your right. I samuel oguachuba have decided. To create a new movement for the Nigeria youths. I want volunteers! It time to heal. UNPM.”

Samklef is also singer and performing artist.

He is popular for producing several hit songs for Wizkid, Sunny Neji, Ruggedman, Durella, Skales, D’Prince, amongst others.

He was born on 5 February, 1985 in Lagos State.
