Musk: I may die under mysterious circumstances

The Chief Executive Officer of microblogging site, Twitter, Elon Musk, says his life might be cut short under mysterious circumstances.

Musk, who recently acquired Twitter for $44 billion, made the revelation via his verified handle on Monday.

The CEO of Tesla Motors, however, expressed no sign of regret, saying it has been nice knowing “you”.

He tweeted: “If I die under mysterious circumstances, it’s been nice knowing ya.”

It could not be ascertained who “you’ in Musk’s tweet refers to.

It was however speculated that the billionaire was referring to netizens who have shown him a lot of support.

When asked by a Twitter user to provide more details on his tweet, Musk said he will do his best to stay alive.

Reacting to Musk’s tweet, @Almisehal wrote: “You won’t die before your day Elon. Anyhow, you are/were a unique figure in this world.

“I’m only wondering one thing: As a genius, haven’t you find out that there is a great creator of this world yet?

“If you did, make sure you confess this before your last heartbeat. Bless u.”

@mdclxxxix said: “I don’t understand your logic, Elon. You seem to love Space and the world and people, yet you’d rather not be with the one that actually made all of this by speaking it into existence?!

“Mind you, this place is broken. Just imagine how HE is in all of his perfection! Consider again.”

@dillonpulliam30 stated: “This is a very sad statement, Elon Musk… I would love the chance to sit down and tell you about my King who has already paid the cost for all of humanity and has defeated death so that we may too. King Jesus.”

Musk had recently bought Twitter for $44 billion after the company negotiated with him to buy the microblogging site at the proposed $54.20 per share price.

Speaking on the feat, the world’s richest person said: “Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated.”
