The Chairman of FirstHoldCo Plc, Femi Otedola, has congratulated Nigerian-Lebanese billionaire businessman, Ambassador Gilbert Chagoury, on his conferment with the Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON) by President Bola Tinubu, describing the honour as well deserved.
