N400m mansion gift to Peller ‘just small money’ — Real estate mogul

Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis), as a modest gesture, saying it was “small money” to him.

Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday, two days after the couple’s lavish wedding in Lagos, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes said the property was only the beginning of his support for the newlyweds.

According to him, the gift was insignificant compared to what he intends to do for Peller in the future.

“₦400 million is no money. As far as Ice King, Money Man and Ochacho Real Estate are concerned, it is like ₦400. That house is going to be the smallest gift I will ever give to Peller,” he said.

Explaining his decision, Ochacho described Peller as a kind-hearted person, adding that generosity always attracts greater blessings.

“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give,” he said.

He further hinted at plans to present the content creator with an even bigger gift in the future, saying the next surprise would attract nationwide attention.

Beyond the wedding gift, Ochacho announced an education support initiative to mark the upcoming birthday of his son, Ice King.

He said students with genuine school accounts would be selected from across the country, with their tuition fees paid directly to their schools.

“If you have not paid your school fees and you have a genuine school account, Ice King will help you on his birthday. We will select beneficiaries nationwide and pay their fees directly to their schools,” he said.

Ochacho formally presented the ₦400 million mansion to the couple during their wedding ceremony, fulfilling a promise he had earlier made to Peller at a previous celebrity event.

The announcement drew applause from guests and quickly gained traction on social media.

The star-studded wedding was attended by several celebrities and content creators, including Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Nons Miraj, Zinoleesky, Papaya Ex, Cute Abiola, Soso Soberekon, Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
