The naira, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, further appreciated at the official market trading at N1,473.66 to the dollar.
Data from the official trading platform of the FMDQ Exchange showed that the naira gained N9.96.
This represents a 0.67 per cent gain when compared to the previous trading date on Monday when it traded at N1,483.62 to the dollar.

However, the volume of currency traded increased to $385.91 million on Tuesday up from $161.69 million recorded on Monday.
Meanwhile, at the Investors and Exporters (I&E) window, the naira traded between N1,495 and N1,415 against the dollar.
