Niger State Governor, Umaru Bago, has ordered the immediate sack of all revenue consultants and agents contracted by various Ministries, Agencies and Departments (MDAs) in the state.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Abubakar Usman, on Thursday, July 20, 2023.

Usman noted that the disengagement was aimed at ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in revenue enforcement and collection in the state.
