Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, Seriki, dies in Madrid

Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, Ademola Rasaq Seriki, is dead.
The 63-year-old Lagos politician died in the early hours of Thursday December 15, 2022 in Madrid, Spain.
Seriki, a former Minister of State for Defence, is a close ally of APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
A statement by his family says “he passed away peacefully surrounded by his family”.
A Commander of the Order of Niger (CON), he was billed to play a prominent role in Tinubu’s campaign.
