Former Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki
Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has dissolved the State Executive Council with immediate effect.
This was contained in a statement issued on Wednesday, May 3, by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media Projects, Crusoe Osagie.

The governor, who dissolved the state’s cabinet during the Executive Council meeting on Wednesday, expressed his appreciation to members of the council for their service to the government and the people of Edo State.
He also said all Special Assistants (SAs) and Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) have been relieved of their appointments.
