This was made known via a statement by the institution’s spokesperson, Paul Adeagbo, on Saturday, June 24.
Adeagbo noted that the NUC approval was contained in a letter addressed to OAUSTECH Vice Chancellor, Prof. Temi Ologunorisa, dated June 13, and signed by the Director of Academic Planning, Dr. B. N. Saliu, on behalf of the Executive Secretary of the commission.
The letter read: “It will be recalled that NUC visited the University in April this year to ascertain the readiness of the institution for the two programmes.
