Popular music producer and TV presenter, Kehinde “Kenny” Ogungbe, has passed out from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) after over 30 years he graduated from tertiary institution.
Ogungbe announced this via a post on his Instagram account on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
Sharing photos of himself and other corps members, the famous presenter wrote: “NYSC GRADUATION/POP TODAY. Lagos/12C. Graduation Day. To God Be the Glory.”
Reacting in the comment section, an Instagram user, Onifade Praix, asked if a Nigerian above 30 years could participate in the NYSC programme, saying: “Sheybi unna talk say if someone is above 30 you cannot serve again ni.”

Ogungbe, however, said: “I graduated at age 25. You are exempted if you graduate above 30.”

He is the founder and eponym of Record label, Kennis Music, and is the CEO alongside Dayo “D1” Adeneye.
