The operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested a 45-year-old drug dealer, Godwin Emuneyin, who is physically challenged and allegedly uses his wheelchair as cover to deal in illicit substances such as methamphetamine and cannabis in Afuze, the headquarters of Owan East Local Government Area of Edo State.

The physically challenged man was arrested on Tuesday, November 7, at his base in Afuze following credible intelligence.

This was disclosed in a statement issued by the NDLEA Director, Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, on Sunday, November 12, 2023.

Babafemi noted that a wooden box used to conceal illicit substances, including 18 pinches of methamphetamine, one block, and 71 wraps of cannabis, was recovered from the suspect.

Commending the anti-narcotics officers for their balanced efforts, the NDLEA Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Brig. Gen.
