The Enugu State Police Command has arrested a couple and a nurse for allegedly selling a one-day-old baby girl.

The suspects, identified as Godwin Enyikpo, 30, and his wife, Ndidi, 25, residents of Emene, were apprehended by detectives from the Emene Division following credible intelligence.

Also arrested was a nurse, Ijeoma Oma, 32, who reportedly facilitated the sale of the infant about three weeks ago.
