The operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have apprehended two suspected traffic robbers allegedly terrorising motorists on the Ojota–Ketu road
The command’s spokesperson, SP Abimbola Adebisi, confirmed this via a post on her X account on Tuesday night, while responding to a motorist who had earlier raised an alarm over a surge in traffic robberies on the Ojota Bridge.
Adebisi stated that the command’s intelligence and tactical operatives swiftly launched an operation and apprehended the suspects on Monday, within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.

“The two suspects are now in police custody. They were caught in the act and confessed to harassing motorists along the Ojota–Ketu axis,” Adebisi said.
The police spokesperson also reiterated the command’s call for public cooperation in combating crime, saying: “As we always say: When you see something, say something.
“Your cooperation is essential. Thank you for your continued support.”
